Painted Hills Introduces Test Product: Nitrite/Nitrate FREE Deli Corned Beef
January 26, 2005 - Painted Hills Natural Beef, Inc. has released a test run of their newest product in development: Nitrate/Nitrite FREE Deli Corned Beef. We are currently inviting retail partners as well as public to provide feedback concerning this product.Now available for retail sale, this trial product is made exclusively with Painted Hills Natural Beef – raised without added hormones or antibiotics. The product is available in 1 pound chubs or sliced from your local deli counter. Our Nitrate/ Nitrite Free deli meats, such as the new corned beef, are fully cooked (smoked), but uncured. This gives the product a unique color and quality.
The Deli Corned Beef joins our current line of Painted Hills Deli Meats: Nitrite/Nitrate free Roast Beef and traditional Pastrami. Ask for them at your local grocer today!
